For me, the definitive content, with speed superior to a standard IIS installation, you can successfully run it on your VPS without experiencing the slowdowns, freezing, lag, or database corruption that Xampp causes.

With this portable content, you can actually open it for public access on a VPS, and any improvements I can make or fixes for issues I discover (even misconfigurations) will be implemented without changing the overall look of the tutorial, thus maintaining the same teaching style with new and better content over time.

I'd say it's at least 5X better than using Xampp on a VPS, because everyone who tries it actually experiences unusual slowdowns (which don't normally occur on a personal PC), a slowdown that doesn't really exist with this new method. I even found the client speed to be similar to a proxy. Enjoy this content <3
